Selling our family home was a difficult and emotional experience, which is why we were fortunate to find Stephanie. She is adept at listening and moving toward constructive solutions. We sold a family home, and, unfortunately, the buyers turned out to be rather underhanded, trying to claim credit and deductions for repairs that were not warranted. Fortunately, Stephanie recognized their underhanded tactics and protected our interests. She would be THE ONLY real estate agent we use in the future.

Stephanie was amazing and made the process so smooth and easy, I couldn’t believe it. We meet and I told her what I was looking for, my price range, area and what I absolutely needed. We went and looked at places when she found them as soon as I was available. In fact, she found exactly what I was looking for very quickly. When I decided on one that I wanted to make an offer on, she negotiated down the price and got me a wonderful deal. We closed so fast it was amazing; she really got and kept the closing process moving quickly. Her experience was amazing and she pointed out things about some of the places we looked at that may not be good for me as a purchase. I didn’t feel she just wanted to sell me any house, she really was looking out for my best interest. She suggested the mortgage company, escrow, inspector and other services that were amazing. I am recommending her to everyone I know. I am definitely going to always use her. Also, after I purchased my house, she still kept in touch to make sure I was happy. Stephanie is amazing and I recommend her very highly. You will be so happy if you use her! I am still in awe of how easy, fun and stress less the whole process was. I love my home!
